Please seek out support, there are many organisations that can help you move through your trauma and along your healing journey. It is never too late to ask for help.

Stalking

Anyone can become a victim of stalking and it is one of the most frequently experienced forms of abuse. It is important to seek advice and support for stalking as this behaviour can and will often escalate.
